Mr. Temple Chiwuike Iheanacho is the Principal Programme Officer, Data Center Management and Operations at the Community Computer Centre of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission where he advises, deploy, supervise and manage internal and external personnel in the division. He also doubles as the Network Administrator/Operation Lead at the Commission.

Before joining ECOWAS Commission, he was the Head of ICT (Assistant Director) at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Abuja where amongst other responsibilities, he formulated and implemented ICT Policies, Standards and Procedures. He also held the position of a Controller- Information Technology & Communication at Nigerdock Nigeria PLC, Lagos. Mr. Iheanacho commenced his career in January 1986 at the University of Lagos, Nigeria as a Systems Analyst/Programmer, thus he has over 30 years’ experience overseeing Application Development, IT operations, User Training, Customer/user support, and timely delivery of business solutions.
Being a business savvy ICT Manager, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) all from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an affiliate with numerous professional bodies some of which are the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He also has attended several trainings within and outside the West African region. He is a Nigerian and married with five children.
