The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) remains one of the vibrant and dynamic sector over the past two decades. The mandate of the Department of Telecommunication and IT is to facilitate, enhance and modernise telecommunications, ICT development and the postal sector in its Member States and the Region as well as the provision of reliable and affordable ICT and postal services for all citizens.
